Kelly Ciapetta MS.Ed, LPCC

Kelly Ciapetta MS, LPCC has been in practice for over 12 years. She views her role as a guide for an individual’s ability to create and foster their own inner strengths, resilience, and understanding of Self. Our healing comes from within, and Kelly’s experience can help you along your journey. She believes strongly in the mind/body connection and gaining curiosity about what the body is trying to tell us throughout our different seasons of life.

Kelly has been working with the pregnant and postpartum population, those struggling with their fertility journey, and those who have experienced birth trauma or loss. Kelly works with couples using Gottman's and Relational Life Therapy principles. She also enjoys working with adults discovering how their upbringing has affected their current sense of Self, beliefs, and relationship patterns. Kelly feels passionate about working with new moms, dads, and couples trying to navigate this thing called life.

She has a special interest in trauma therapy, focusing in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). Kelly is Advanced and Enhanced trained in ART. ART is helpful for those experiencing symptoms related to trauma, birth trauma or loss, anxiety, depression, low self esteem, perfectionism, OCD, phobias, and many more.

Kelly is also a Board Approved Supervisor (BBHT) and welcomes any pre licensed therapists who are seeking out supervision.

Abbie Vander Maten MSW, LICSW

Abbie Vander Maten MSW, LICSW has been in practice for over 8 years. Prior to becoming a therapist, Abbie worked as a social worker in healthcare settings with the aging population. 

She strives to develop a therapeutic atmosphere where you feel engaged and supported. Abbie will meet you with an approachable, authentic connection and collaborative experience working towards goals identified by you. 

She values self-compassion, finding balance in life, and feeling connected to those around you. Abbie’s approach is holistic by focusing on the whole person including thoughts, emotions, self-reflection, physical health, past experiences, environment, and relationships. 

Abbie has been working with adults and young adults moving through a variety of life stage transitions. She aims to challenge and encourage individuals navigating personal or professional obstacles, emotional worries, relationship concerns, or past experiences.

Abbie works with individuals using a relational therapy approach while integrating therapeutic interventions to meet your unique goals. Abbie’s approach to therapy is also influenced by a trauma lens utilizing EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) an approach to alleviate distressing memories, anxiety/panic responses, depression, negative cognitions, and many more areas.
